Literati Cafe has been a neighborhood favorite in Brentwood, Los Angeles, since 2000.
Designed to inspire writers and creatives, Literati was the original coworking space and remains a perfect spot to work, meet, or linger with strong Wi-Fi and a little free library.
We’re also known for our organic coffee & tea, breakfast burritos & tacos, plus fresh salads & sandwiches.
Now we’re open for dinner Thursday through Sunday with seasonal entrees plus beer, wine, and cocktails.

We proudly serve the highest quality organic coffee because organic farming practices protect the soil, water, and farm workers by avoiding synthetic pesticides. Our Food
Some say our breakfast tacos are “the best in town” and we won’t argue. Our breakfast burritos are also beloved along with other simple, satisfying classics like omelettes, Benedicts, fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, delectable pastries, and feel-good food made with quality ingredients. Now, Thursday through Sunday, you can also join us for dinner with a growing menu of seasonal entrees and a full bar.

Literati’s extra large, flexible indoor space with two dining rooms and a full bar, plus our private outdoor heated patio, makes our restaurant an ideal setting for private parties, corporate events, book signings, and community gatherings.
